What kind of computer do you have?  Usually you can find an updated file to flash the Bios from their site.  I have an Asus and I get my Bios stuff off of there in order to update the Bios.  They should have it on your MoBo main site.  Also make sure you  have a utility to flash the Bios and make a backup copy of the original Bios in case you mess up when flashing.

the pc no longer runs, says cannot read bios.  it is possible it is fried but i would like to try flashing the bios first.
the motherboard is km4m-v from msi but they don't post bios.  (i have no idea why)
i emailed manufacturer and seller but no replies from either.
thanks for help

Google is your freind.. I just goggled "bios driver W7061VMS.120 ", and the first link found the drivers downloadable

The biggest mistake people make using google is NOT giving it enugff info to narrow down the search.

Way too many people take way too many things way too seriously.
