Subject: AutoGroup Editor question...

I have tried to contact the vendor in regards to my problem ana have not received any response at all.  I tried the website and on here.  Can anyone help...I am having a problem.  When I first got the program, it worked.  Then one day, it just decided to have issues.  It will not open.  I get error messages saying something about the tmp file??
