I was forced to accept this image as a final render due to a serious hard disk crash. Had to replace the hard drive. :o( I posted this a few weeks ago and called it Castle and Dragon. I took the advice of those who critiqued that post and also made some other changes. It looks different than the previous post as usually happens when I am working on an image. Things just seem to change as the image takes shape. I am much more pleased with this image now than I was previously. Please feel free to offer any criticism good or not so good. This is how we learn. Others see our images different than we do and we need the input of others. Thank you in advance to those of you who are willing to critique this image. :o) Swade

Looks cool .. sorry about the crash. I know that all too well. Happened to me two weeks ago and I am still finding stuff.

I did fail to mention that none of the models in the image are mine. I don't know where they all came from, but if any of them are your work....thank you. I would like to extend my appreciation to all who have made their models available on the internet, and would like you to know that your work is part of what makes these images happen for people like me who are not well versed in modeling. It took some serious looking around to find the trees Inkwolf. I enjoy nice looking trees in an image. I love the 3D art an awful lot and am really looking forward to what Bryce 5 might have added to the program. It would be nice if they implement the ability to do the modeling in Bryce.

I have to agree Inkwolf, fantastic trees, and bushes. The lighting is great and the haze at the bottom finishes it off nicely. Good job.

Fabulous! I am astonished at this picture - - It is much more than the first was, and emotion is visible in the person and the dog!
