hi newbie here. I tryed to download cyberlink suites deleter and had to reboot. Now it says I reach the max on downloads for that item.Could you reset the download for me and let me know if i done somthing wrong. I did use a download manager maybe that was it? thanks

I've reset your downloads so you can try again. Please disable the download manager, because they don't work with our site.
