I wanted to say a fast hello to everyone here.I had purchased Vue6I after some debate about Infinite and XStream.I may lateral to XStream in the future. After a few surgeries for my daughter, and the death of my ex this past August,I'm finally able to rejoin Rendo and actually participate. Much has changed in my life now being a full time single parent of a physical special needs child, but I'm enjoying every minute of it! She did her first render with Vue last night, and I am so proud.

I'm a Systems Engineer by trade that has done some CG work since the early 90's.Mainly CD covers, some texturing for fantasy gaming, and a lot of architectural viz these past few years.Hey, it helps pays the bills.  I'm an old 3D Max person, and I must say that Vue is very impressive in what it can do these days. I do art for fun these days, and I'm having a blast with Vue.The ecosystems and spectral modes are what caught my attention the most.I have to say that I am duly impressed.Vue is a bit different from my days with Max and FinalRender,so I appreciate any help and critiques on my pics. The people here have always been knowledgeable and helpful.

I especially wanted to say thanks to the Walters' for the replies to my e-mails and questions I had before I'd purchased Vue6I. Life kind of got in the way and I never properly thanked them for their input and time. "Life is what happens to you while you're busy making other plans." That saying seems to make more sense as I grow older. LOL

I'm hoping to get some of my archi models up for download in the near future, and I'm also working on materials for Vue and some custom textures for the Poser crowd.

Happy rendering!!
