Well we have a new Mod, and wether it's temporary or not remains to be seen. I know we all miss AS, and hope he will surface sometime soon. In the meantime lets get bobby settled in to the madhouse.
Any suggestions please add, and maybe Bryster can issue a Cardinal status.
I'll kick off by asking if we can sort out the monthly challenge fiasco. There is a thread somewhere explaining the theme, but I think we may need to re-schedule the closing date.

WOAH!!!!
7 for 7!
PL-Finland aka Paul used to live down the road from me and introduced me to 3D Art via Imagine 3d after which I switched to Bryce.
OK Bobbystahr! You got my vote!
Welcome to the Asylum.

Great to have Bobby on the team... I'm sure AS and Zahnn will eventually turn up, but in the mean time we can get some things cleaned up and sorted out around here.

@Incognitas...this as it turns out was and *administrative decision* and a call went out for *volunteers to help out here* as the Forum/Gallery Mod and Coord seem to be MIA. We are asking members, in another thread I believe to come forward to apply for Coord duties as well......it's on page 2 of the linked thread. Feel free to apply my friend.. ...

Huge Thank-You! for stepping in, bobbystahr. This is a great group of people, who don't need too much herding. ;) AS and Zhann are missed, and I hope everything is all right with both of them. Now... let the games begin! :scared:

Thank you..I missed that thread for some reason.Welcome and I hope you can find out where AS went to as I'd like to know that he is ok..We've been a bit rudderless without him,but you are going to start getting us going in the right direction I'm sure.

Well I will do my best...anyne know how long ago the current challenge started...the only oneslisted are the 2 banner exchanges. This may take me a bit to get up to speed as most of my work in the Imagine gallery/forum was moving wrongly uploaded images.....never much for challenges...a real bunch of stubborn independants in the Imagine3D world...the software's been dead in the water sinc 2002 at the latest and we still get the occasional post...LOL. So any direction re: recent and future challenges will be gratefully accepted. I don't want to come in here and just tromp all over a Gallery/Forum AS has running smoothly enough for him to go MIA this long beore action happened.. ...

Mucho Appreciado for your time. Another Photoshop'er....Cool! So far it hasn't got me into any time spent in Brysters Comfy chair, though a good portion of what I do usually has some Bryce in it.
As in the other thread, Welcome to the Bryce family, I would show you pics of many of the other Brycers**(plucked from an Ancient thread)**, but then they would have to hang me out to dry.
I'm sure we'll be up to speed in short order here. Some great members keep the ball rolling.

Welcome aboard bobbystahr.
If anyone has any news on AS, we'd love to hear it.
we have a big bunch of people who tend to have (or have had, but still love this forum) bryce in common - sort of family, some may move away but they still call home.
Pass no temptation lightly by, for one never knows when it may pass again!
bobbystahr posted Fri, 09 November 2007 at 9:37 PM
I am familiar with the family feeling...we have a sense of that also amongst the Mods, hence he concern from this quarter. IIRC it was Kirk who was quite helpful to me in my queries when I first started as a Coord. bout 5 years ago. Will keep this foum well posted if anything or in fact AS turns up. At present, think of me as a place-marker for the time being, an acvtive on but replaceable if AS returns from where ever...LOL.. ...

Cool, about time someone came to step into Kirk´s shoes will he´s away!!!
The current monthly (by-monthly,yearly!!!!) contest is Death at Midnights feast/cafe idea as he was the winner of the last contest. Maybe that should be started again as this months challenge, or maybe it could run untill end of december and then we can start next year with a proper "monthly" challenge.
Anyway, welcome bobbystarh!! (Any dude who plays the guitar is allright in my book!!)

Well, hello and welcome to you bobbystahr. Even though I have been scarce on posting for quite a while now, it is good to have someone as a Mod again(even if it is temporary). If I can ever find the free time I promise I will start making normal postings again, but then again, who knows. Too bad the whole employment thing takes up so much time. Welcome.

Welcome Bobby. You will find Brycers to be a well behaved, amical bunch. Everyone except Drac anyways. Maybe Hollywood has gotten a hold on AS and won't let him go.

Bobby, Welcome. Welcome!
I feel I've been out of the loop much too long. I don't know what's going on here any more. With all the Bryce problems I've had. And the last two weeks I've been in China. Time for me to catch up.

Hi Bobby, welcome to the house of nutters.
I'm not much of a poster on here these dayse but drop by to see whats going on and look at art in the bryce gallery. infact i can go far as to say i don't open bryce much at all now, one day something may get me interested in it again but until then i'll leave it where it is.

Yeah, Bobby! Welcome indeed, nice to have a steady hand at the helm, while AS and Zhann are MIA. I'm fairly sure we're almost harmless around here, most of the time.

Yeah I know she's back, but having Bobby around too does help. From the sound of it Zhann is still pretty busy keeping her head above water, having Bobby around will help keep things bobbing along while she gets real life sorted.
Nice to know people are still around, even if not here as much as before.
