Actually it looks a bit like an outdoor enclosed washstand for washing one's face and hands. definitely an interesting play on the word 'Well'. ;=D

I guess you COULD wash your face and hands there! Usually it's too smelly in there to want to stay any longer than neccessary. :laugh:
