Would have been nice but it says coupon not found or expired. Have any idea as to why it isn't working? I copied it to the blank on the store order using ctrl c to make sure I got it in there right. If you can help I would appreciate it.

I tried to apply the certificate came back as expired Next thing I know the items have been added to my account and I have been charged the full price. How do I get the $5 refunded??

The same thing happened to me so I e-mailed the support team and they replied that the certificate hadn't worked for some reason and refunded the $5.00 to my credit card.
So, that's okay then.
(I'm not gonna tell you what I wrote before the e-mail from Gina Harris arrived. I was a bit miffed.)

messenger, Please make sure that you are putting the Gift Certificate code in the GIFT CERTIFICATE field and not the coupon code field, that was the problem Marque was having as well as a few other members. Also be sure there are no leading or trailing spaces in the code when you copy and paste it into the Gift Certificate field. Let me know if you continue having problems.

Your $5.00 was taken off your order total. The email receipt you get shows you the WHOLE order total but if you go to your account and look at the order you will see the gift certificate was applied. The order total was $15.35, minus the $5.00 Gift Certificate and your paypal payment was for $10.35 so yours worked correctly.

ok stacy when I am ready to buy something else I will try that ...I may have put it in the coupon box ...by mistake..but I do know that there were no spaces or anything in the field as I tried copying it and typing it and it made no difference

I'm having the same problem. I also have a coupon from July that I couldn't use. Hopefully they will extend the time or give us another chance to redeem it.

WOOOO HOOOOO it worked. But who would think to put it in gift certificate? Thanks. I still lost the July coupon because I guess I didn't know how to do this.

Its not a coupon but a gift certificate. A coupon would be if it was a certain amount off an order or a percentage but the Gift Certificate is a free voucher for $5.00
