Hi,

I need some help, I've just made my first pair of rather crude trousers and done all the stuff of naming parts etc, got it into poser conformed it to a figure...

well truth is, I cant stand Poser and want to use my trousers in DS which I am much more familiar with, but I cant get the trousers to conform...

How does this work?

If you get it confomed in Poser you need to add it to the Library as a CR2 object, this way it eill work in Daz Studio.
I think this is a old and the best tutorial about creating cloth for Poser:

slight hitch in my plans...any ideas why this may be happening?

2 things: you need to adjust the influence of the joints OR there are one point that is grouped to the other leg...

It happens on both sides in the same place, I checked the grouping which seems fine, so when you say adjust the influence?

Yes, the bend, translation they have som kind of balls that represent the influence (setup room) sometimes need to be fixed or adjusted.

Ok got to the source of the problem, when assigning the body parts I was too literal to the M3 structure, so I simplified the cuts inj the cloth and it works, thanks for your help
