Will there be a second edition of seascape enhancements? Is there any difference in the enhancements package and what's available in SeaVue 2? Thanks!!!
Monsoon posted Mon, 19 November 2007 at 2:57 PM
Yes there is.....The enhancement pak is for any software......mainly .3ds files of flat modeled splashes...SeaVue is strictly for Vue and contains everything for basic seascapes.
Perhaps there may be a second enhancement pack at some point......the next project is add ons for Postcards from the Rim.

Monsoon - The second edition looks great. I have one question. I was looking at the documentation and you have a pdf about alpha planes (waves, etc.) but I couldn't find any in the second edition. Did I miss something? There were some in the original software package.
Thanks.

Same thing for about alpha plane.Where?
Monsoon posted Tue, 20 November 2007 at 7:08 PM
They are in the objects up at the top....

Paula Sanders posted Tue, 20 November 2007 at 7:35 PM
In the Object folder are only VOBs.
magnumopus posted Tue, 20 November 2007 at 8:22 PM
Awesome package! I'm looking very forward to using this!! Great work.
Monsoon posted Tue, 20 November 2007 at 9:14 PM
That's right....the alpha planes are saved as .vobs. The whole first row or so......just load one and you'll see. Tried to save folks the trouble of making them....

Monsoon: Will the upgrade work for Vue 5 Infinite ? Or is it Vue 6 only?
Paula Sanders posted Wed, 21 November 2007 at 8:48 AM
Thanks, Monsoon for letting me know. I wasn't used to seeing them in that form.
Monsoon posted Wed, 21 November 2007 at 10:05 AM
Xiores.....Only for V6 Infinite. I don't have V5 anymore. Sorry....
Paula...I've gotten into the .vob habit. Vue doesn't seem to fuss so much that way.....
