It describes how to set up to use the flash from a $3 disposable film camera with a sound sensitive trigger mechanism to take high speed photos.  It's for those that don't want to risk  tinkering with their $500 flash to do the same.

I haven't tried it yet....but will experiment if time permits.  If anyone out there tries it...be sure to IM me and upload your results.
