I’m looking for a LoR, D&D type dwarf figure for poser.
Does some one know where to find? Free or commercial.

Well, there's Mickey the Aeon Dwarf. You'll need Michael 3.

I'd check out Apollo Maximus. Has great morphs and scaling capabilities.

I have the John Malis characters and outfits for the Freak "RPG Dwarves 1" and "Cleric and Orc" High quality stuff, works very well.
The pen is mightier than the sword. But if you literally want to have some impact, use a typewriter

The Jon Malis also made a female dwarf for the RPG series. It uses V3 and then morphs and scales it to the female dwarf. The MFD looks great on the female dwarf.
Fantasy Armor for the Freak will give the option of putting yor dwarf in plate armor. ( the male dwarf use the Freak as a base) as well as the many other texures for Fantasy Armor.
