Again, some images have the artists name on them....

Personally, there is at least one photo that lost my vote simply for not following contest rules...

@PWS...Agreed!
And folks should also know that when the thumbnail does NOT represent the full image....it generally makes me feel like I've been cheated as a voter and, most often gets rejected!...although in this case one of my votes did go to such an image.

In that case you must be referring to your vote for #5... which although the thumbnail doesn't show the full image I personally think does represent the image. It can be very difficult to show what an image is about in no more than 100 x 100 pixels -- which really is only 100 x 75 for a photo of standard proportions.
Although there were a few thumbnails that seemed to have very little to do with the full-size image...

I didn't participate in this one because I find it extremely difficult to cast religion in a positive light. My reasons being .../insert RANT here....blahblahblah.........
Some good photos tho....
Oh...and number 23, the photo of bhuda...I thought the thumb was better than the post.

I was looking for images that showed a universal feeling of spirituality, not just a specific religion. And although nr 45 depicts one of those specific religions, I think it's just a marvelous image... the rhythm of light and shadow, the atmosphere of anonymous devotion, the simplicity... Well done to the (still) anonymous photographer! ;o)

I LOVE 38 because it transends all religions and joins them at the end game... Plus it's flawless in technic.

ils se sont trompés, un nouveau poste c'est ouvert pour les votes et ils ont peut-être pas vu.
they made a mistake, a new thread is opened for votes and perhaps they didn't see it.
