Hi all
For a limited time, the third of four chapters of the movie devil's tears has now been uploaded to YouTube. If you are not already aware, this short was created with DAZ' Bryce and Carrara. In this chapter, you begin to see the secrets held by the main characters and a glimpse into the past destruction the captain mention in chapter 1. This all sets the scene for the final chapter where everything is revealed...and remember, none of this would have happened if not for the "you must tell two" tellware feature of DS which is installed with Bryce.
Interesting facts in this chapter:
The following was rendered in Bryce:
Interior of the ship
Prison interior
Torture chamber
Prison Hall
Destroyed City
Lab
The following was rendered in Carrara:
Character animation (lipsinc by Mimic using poser import)
City Exterior
The huge fleet of ships
After Effects was used to composite it all together and add effectgs such as the glowing eye, hands on fire, and the change in video during the cries of pain.
and on a personal side note, my girlfriend is in this shot. Oddly enuff, her name is Vicky (just like the daz character that CyberV is a character for).

Hey Brycetech,
I just finished watching all 3 parts of your animation, great stuff and alot of work I am sure. My favourite character is Chomper or the little robot and the special fx in the last chapter are great. The Captain is almost like the "Dowd" on one of Star treks episodes , looking forward to the last chapter and I must say you have done a great job.

You've put a load of work into these movies. The plot is thickening - I like the way you pulled in back-story to add depth to both the captain's character, and the plot - now we know his kung-fu is powerful!!
Never Give Up!
