Attached Link: My free models tons of them
I have so many free models that I have made, except I have not had a chance to upload them all here since of the limits on how many models you can upload. So if you want to see all my free stuff with out having to wait until they are all up here at renderosity then here is a link to where I have all my 3d models, that I makeFrankT posted Thu, 29 November 2007 at 6:14 PM
Ooo thanks for that. There's some really nice stuff there

Glad you like it. I have 8 pages and growing so it would take a few years to upload everything.

I tried to open one of your files but Vue gave me an error. From the logo on your images, I assume that you are using the PLE edition: if this is the case, remember that PLE files are tied to the computer (probabily encrypted with a hardware specific key) and therefore are totally useless to anybody but you.

No any one can use the files you just need to have vue 6 ple then you can just export the scene then import it back into vue 6 the one you bought. It may take a while but if you really want the model then you would do it. It is not encyped. I am saving up money so I can soon get the full version of vue. But intell then you will just have to export them then import them back in. It really isn't that hard.
alexcoppo posted Fri, 30 November 2007 at 2:36 AM
It is not a question of license, it is that (obviously) E-On designed PLE in order to prevent sharing of content between PLE installations and other versions of Vue. If this was not the case, one would just create a scene with PLE and render it with Esprit, with no need to shell out several 100's of dollars....
The ONLY person who can do the export job is you. on the same computer where you saved the files (there were sparse info about this sharing prevention scheme on Cornucopia).

I can open nothing of your files and I think alexcoppo is right with the last post.

The PLE version is locked to only your computer. It is designed to be a learning edition only.
From e-on...
The PLE is for personal, non-commercial use only, files cannot be exchanged with other PLE users and are not compatible with other versions of Vue, renders may be watermarked and carry a logo.

sorry about that but i cannot also load your file on Vue infinite 6
admin2 posted Mon, 03 December 2007 at 5:02 PM
Ok I am now updating the links and making things that every one can use like trees and stuff since I save them as .vob not .vue. So check those out
Peggy_Walters posted Mon, 03 December 2007 at 5:30 PM
You're missing the point. The PLE version will only work on your computer. Files you make with it are not usable by others. It's great that you want to share, but you need a full version first.

yes but the only files that it puts the computer lock on are .vue files not .vob files. Download one of the trees that I have made they are my newest ones. Tell me if you can use them since they are in a ziped folder and they are in .vob file. Do they work or not.Paula Sanders posted Mon, 03 December 2007 at 8:58 PM
I downloaded fallcolors.vob and tried to import it into Vue 6 Infinite. It showed an error on importing and would not go in.
Your work is very nice, and I really appreciate your wanting to share, but the vob will not work either.
admin2 posted Tue, 04 December 2007 at 2:27 PM

OK I just updated the fall colors tree so it is in .vob and .3ds format will some one tell me if the .3ds format works http://www.sharecg.com/v/19922/3d-model/Fall-treePaula Sanders posted Tue, 04 December 2007 at 3:05 PM
The 3ds opened in Vue 6 I but only in black. I, then, opened it in Right Hemisphere Deep Exploration, and it also opened only in black. The vov would not open as it didn't before.

Ok I just bought vue 6 infinite so now all the files that I make should work for people since they are not from the PLE version starting with http://www.sharecg.com/v/20021/3d-model/Over-the-clouds the other files probably will not work but I will get working n more vue scenes that every one can use.Paula Sanders posted Thu, 06 December 2007 at 2:41 PM

Hello, Mad-Mike, I understand that you like admin2's scenes, there are nice ones - allas "admin2" infringes copyright : He gives away creations which were made by other persons. He got NO right to do that : In his "romantic parc scene", he illegally gives away work done by at least three different creators (mine, amongst others). Admin2 says the models included "free for all use", which absolutely is false, he ain't got any right for that. He even tried to sell that one, over at TurboSquid's. Don't re-distribute what's in that file. I don't know if other scene files from that guy infringe copyright, or not. I wrote to sharecg site for my work contained in this "park scene" file they host, but up to now they didn't take action, so I will... I'll have to send them lawyers :-( I cite, "admin2 's account has been suspended." at Renderosity, see the thread linked above. Please don't give "ideas" to pirates. Thank you. Thanks!
I intend to use some of these in the near future. And to tear them apart and see how they work. Hope you don't mind.
