**Artizen HDR
**A few ago I bought Full Version of Artizen HDR Stand-alone - Full Version of Photoshop TMO Plugins.
It looks good I wanted to try out the tone mapping functions etc.
I have a problem the registration number they sent me did not work. Now there system will not let me in to try again. They send me emails telling me about new features and free downloads. NONE of which I can use. They don't answer any mails sent to technical support. So stay well clear. I'm $70 out of pocket!

Do you see if this software is compatible with your system or your grafic card?

Yes no problem there the free trail worked fine, just full version wont register. Tells me the number is wrong. the one they first sent me, after I had paid. Now Technical Support does not answer e-mails.

Oh, I don't see that good, I think to a hacker number code of register in this problem, and I hope I don't feel good, because my sister had the same problem with Win XP, the number of register was already occupied by another user XP and impossible because my sister buy it in shop and new ! It's a really big problem now with the hackers in activation keygen program...
So, now, you need to waiting the technical support....

This is what I get when I try to get technical support!
I know the mail address is right it's the one on there website?
I don't know what to do next I stuck with a bit of software I have paid for but can't use!

I am sorry to hear about Fred, I did not have any problems not other of my friends..
do they have a phone number at all ?
you should contact the company that provide the credit card gateway and request refund.. you have always 30 days time to get your money back that are the credit card rules worldwide, if they like it or not!!
