Try this. Select body at the bottom where you select body parts and use the scale dial.

I use the TLAR method (That Looks About Right) for items that are supposed to be big genarrl I start at 600% and see where to go from there. I also turn the prieview mateial off on the prop if there is one so I can better guess.

the3dwizard, I've tried that... but everytime I scale her down... I lose her, and can't find her anymore. I really feel like a total idiot :( But this is something that I've been REALLY wanting to learn, and now that I have the stuff to learn with, I just don't understand. lalverson.... the preview material is none.... is that where I'm supposed to be looking? in the render/materials. I'm so sorry that I KNOW I sound so DUMB here, but I just can't figure this out.... and I REALLY want too so badly. Thanks guys!! Deb

Try setting you camera to point at her. Select camera by clicking on the ball with four arrows. Then in object menu select point at then from the list select her hips. Then when you rescale and zoom in it will zoom to her.

Hi Deb, if you select the litle arrow on your preview styles and select "element styles" you can the select the scenery prop and click on "outline style" that will make the prop see through but keep your main figure solid so that you can see where you are pputting her in the castle, at least thats what I do with stuff like that anyways :) Alla

It will also be a lot easier if you just rescale the camelot prop to be as big as you wish and still retain your figure at the center of the scene so you never loose it! :o)

Yeah I'm always losing everything especially when importing objects. If the castle is an imported obj file then set size to 100% of figure in the import window and you're not going to be out by a factor of ten. If it's an object or a prop, try checking that x,y, and z trans are at 0 and drop both figures to the floor. If you still can't see your damsel then she's probably lost inside the castle. In the hierachy editor you can click on the eyeball next to the castle and bingo it disappears revealing your figure. (you can also 'disappear' your castle in its properties window, but you may have to repeat the operation for each of its component parts). Once you've found her you can scale as others have said above. angola
