Recently I had to migrate to a new PC. That involved re-loading virtually everything, including the operating system (Win2K) and Vue.
But now I can't load the extra plants I got (see pic). Vue just bombs out. They used to work...
Anyone have any idea why and what I could do about it?
PS - My version of Vue is registered at Cornucopia, but with my old e-mail address, which I can no longer access, assuming I could remember what it was...so I can't access my old account and can't re-register my version of Vue (it already exists...)
Cheers,
Diolma

If these were copyrighted plants - I believe you will have to redownload them. Not 100% sure but I think this is your problem.

Drat! I can't re-download them, 'cos I can't remember my password and I've lost the bit of paper I wrote a lot of that stuff down on - I've remembered my old e-mail address now, but that's no use...
sigh
Oh, well, I'll just have to get along without them til I can afford to upgrade to V6I...
Cheers,

You can edit your account with your new e-mail. A re-download of the plants will fix em up good. Contact the Cornucopia store if you have the really old plants with serial numbers.

I'd contact e-on through the contact form on their web site and see if they can help you out explaining whats happened. Since you know what the e-mail address was at least they would have something to go on.

Send an e-mail to support@cornucopia3d.com. They can figure out your account info.

Just so you know....
I contacted e-on and got excellent service. I can now access my "old " account and have been able to re-download everything I ever got from Cornucopia. There were some problems, but e-on support responded to each of my e-mails within less than a day, so it all went fairly quickly. Haven't plucked up the courage to upgrade my V5I to the latest version yet (I need t find some disk space to save what I've already got..) but I can do so as soon as I'm confident:
So, all kudos in this case to the e-on support team for sorting me out:-)
Credit where credit's due, an' all that!
Cheers,
Diolma
