Greetings,

I'd read in another thread that one of the most requested free items was a space suit with a helmet, so I thought that might be a good place to start for my first free offering.

I have the helmet nearly complete now, above is the first sample shot with the visor closed.  I have some more details to add to the helmet before I'll consider it ready for publication, and of course it's going to need some additional textures, but all in all I think it's off to a pretty good start.  

Let me know what you think, any comments, questions or suggestions are welcome.

Thanks... it's getting there at any rate.  The space suit is going to be a bit more complicated and of course I still need to finish some textures for the rest of the helmet but I'm fairly happy with it so far.

o.k., dad - keep us posted. so far, so good.
