i can't find it in the "documentation". i even tried looking at the docs in a mirror to find the secret pattern.

i applied my usual poserpython techniques of guesswork and trial and error. i even resorted to meditation while burning incense and i have not yet found the answer.

if anyone knows, please let me know.

I think we queried the return. If it was "" (a null string) or None or "None" it was taken that the dialog had been canceled and scripted accordingly.

As a test get it to print out the result.

that works!  you came through again.

i keep thinking there must be another method because i found something similar in python
that also has a Response() method in addition to the  Path() method.

i think i'll just leave it at that. enough python-ing for today.
