You want to unzip the thing you bought (assuming it's a Poser product) to the Content folder, which should add its Runtime to the one that's already there with everything tuxcking in where it's needed. You do need to have the Content folder selected as a poser content directory (you should have two entries in the Content plaette when everything is collapsed - one called Studio, with a stylised S on it's folder icon, and one called Content, with a plain folder Icon -the latter will hold your Poser content, divided into libraries.
Hello and Welcome!
There should be a readme file included in the zip you downloaded. Most content providers include where you should install/unzip to.
The zip file should be structured with the proper file path you need.
Did you purchase something just for daz or poser or something that can be used for both?
I'll know how to better answer your question depending on what you bought.

Hi There, I am a newbie to Bryce and Daz studio. I have bought some thing for Daz studio from Renderosity and unlike Daz itself, which puts it into the program what I have gotten here does not. I have tried to follow a turtorial that I got about organizing files but so far have not gotten anyplace. So if anyone can help me out here of where to put the file . Presently I have it as Programs/Daz/Studio/Content. Many thanks
