I know this is way off topic, but I thought I'd share this with people who like piano music. I love this piece, the young girl plays it brilliantly, great talent!
I wish I'd taken up lessons when I was younger.

Geez. She plays without music!! She says in the blurb that she played it from having listened to the music video!

I looked up one of my favourite videos and songs! Not sure if you are familiar with Kokia. She is a Japanese singer, and she is amazing!! I'd love to see her in concert. She tours Europe but hasn't crossed the ocean to my end of the world :(

She wrote the song as a tribute to her dog who died. She is saying thank you to him for having been such a wonderful friend and companion.

Somewhat OT to the OT, but if we're talking about inspiring
pianists, check out Lee Hee-Ah.

Gang, anybody can be a superb piano player, (as soon as she/he gets ye olde proper note sequence and timing down correctly). However, for me, I still have a minor problem with each.
I really admire folks that can play any type of instrument ---sign

That is some very good piano playing indeed. Thanks for the link!
I like playing the piano (usually by ear too), but I'm nowhere near her level.
