Hi,

I don't recall hearing anything from the vendor in regards to this update.  The vendor needs to submit the updated files to us for processing before we can make it available to previous buyers.

Thank you Debbie.  What happens if the product is updated at other sites but the update never makes it to Renderosity?  Do I have the option to request a refund and re-purchase the item at the site where it is updated? I am not receiving responses from the vendor since my initial inquiry in early December, so I would guess I need to explore other avenues of obtaining the updated product.

If the purchase was made within the last 30 days, you'd be eligible for a refund based on these grounds.
