Subject: store support question?

I placed an order on the December 23rd at the end of the 3rd week of the vendor sale. When I went to pay for it through PayPal, my browser crashed and to fix the issue I ended up having to restart my computer. When I got back online a few minutes later, I couldn't figure out how to finish paying for my order and sent an email to Store@Renderosity.com to ask for assistance, but I haven't heard anything back yet. How long should I wait to hear back before sending a second email? I know everyone was probably off for Christmas so I want to be patient and give them time to get to me, but now I'm worrying that my email has been misplaced or something.
If someone from the support team is reading this, my order was #111329671.
