I have always been happy about the fact that the majority of my imports go without major flaw or caualty.Nad finally I am having a damn odd issue.I am trying to import Simon into Vue and no matter my setting or which Simon I use he is coming in zeroed..any ideas? my Mil figures work fine.

Paul, it could be one of two things:

1.  You are using external morph targets.  If so uncheck this in Poser's preferences.  I doubt this is the problem however since you have successfully imported other characters.

  1. Your Simon character is using compressed .obz files.  I don't think Vue can deal with these at all.   Go to the Poser Python menu and use the uncompress utility to uncompress the folder containing the Simon cr2's.

Thanks Dave,

I had .crz and.cr2 and the standard .png.I knew about the external morph issue orf course,but I have never heard of this problem.it would have driven me mad knowing that I am doing the right things and still not getting what I want to happen...I am not an entirely adept Poser user but thats really good to know for later(; Thanks a mil.Have a happy new year(;
