I've really been struggling with Carrara 6 and am regretting that I spent the money for the upgrade. When I put an ocean primative in a scene it seems very small and with an atmosphnere it doesn't stretch to the horizon line because it's not an infinite plane. How do I use the ocean primative and make a realistic ocean?

May I add my question regarding the replicator?
I've got this wonderful ocean file from naniwa (see this thread http://www.renderosity.com/mod/forumpro/showthread.php?message_id=3172757&ebot_calc_page#message_3172757) and tried to make it stretch to the horizon with the surface replicator, but somehow I still don't get it right. Just some random patches on the infinite plane which I added as the source object. Even when I raise the number of objects to 1000 it's still not enough. Perhaps I've tried too many things out that I can't think now of the easiest option....
Could someone please help me with the correct settings in the surface replicator in order to get an endless ocean?
Thanks a thousand times!!!

Endless you will never get... you are using replication, so you need to change a little you camera view to make the ocean grid match the horizon.

Here are the settings. I started with a large scale scene.

Just use the replicator, not the surface repliactor.
