When trying to conform the Lekku from N'Varra Wren (PhilC product) onto Victoria 3 (apparently the model it is supposed to be compatable with, look what happens. (for those who don't know, the lekku's should be on the head)

Does anyone know how I can solve this?

I don't have the lekku so I may be wrong, but I believe they're meant as a posable prop. They aren't supposed to be conformed. Load them onto your model, make sure they're positioned properly, and then Change Parent to the model's head instead of using Conform. I believe that should fix the problem.

I will try that tommorow or the day after, as I'm working on a render now. Thanks for all your help :)

I am not positive but I thought the Twilek was for an older Victoria ... Not V3. But I am not sure.

N'warra Vren is for V3, according to PhilC's site.

Dont conform it yo - just load it and parent it to the head.

Actually, I am very familiar with this product, as I commissioned PhilC to do it.
The correct answer is.... NOT a conforming figure. It should be parented to the head for accuracy, as already said.
But hey, if our other lekku project goes well, you won't have to worry about this at all, right?

Well fortune smiles upon us. Glad you got the lekku working. If you look in my recent gallery, you will see I have been playing with another lekku set, and using displacement maps for the lekku wrap. The results work for my character, but the community definitely would benefit from a definitive lekku set. If I had better skills, it is something I would've done years ago.
