Hey site administrators...Boy... We need a contest to see who can spell congratulations. ;) Anyways, I want to wish all who participated a Happy New Year and thanks to the small few who took the time out to vote on our entries.

Sandy I didn't mean to attack you or Stacey on your abilities it was just funny at the time to see that you and Stacey spelled the word wrong in two different ways. Actually Stacey mangled the word much worse then you and hasn't bothered to correct it as of yet?
StaceyG posted Thu, 03 January 2008 at 9:11 AM
So being human and missing one letter is "mangled" ? Hmmm, I better watch being human huh? lol

Stacey you deal with people on a regular basis and I bet you see a lot more mistakes then I do? The problem I see these days is the fact that people don't seem to care whether they make spelling errors or not. Its part of a bigger problem that I feel is gripping society today and one that can't be fixed with spell-check!!! Sorry if I offended you.
StaceyG posted Thu, 03 January 2008 at 11:14 AM
No I wasn't offended at all. I make mistakes spelling and otherwise as most people do. It doesn't happen often with me I can say because I have a little pet peeve about spelling mistakes myself. But I don't beat myself up much when it happens. Often times folks are in a hurry and forget to use the spell checker or look over what they've wrote as I am guilty of from time to time:)

With me the spelling errors come in from mistyping a lot.
And my eyes see blurry little letters unless I remember to enlarge the screen realllll big. :)
Sometimes it's because my mind just blanks out on the word.
guess I'm getting old....sigh.
Let me introduce you to my multiple personalities. :)

I DO NOT work for Google....but the Google tool bar has a spell checker which works on these types of input fields. It is not that bad of a free product.
