What is Poser doing when it pauses before loading a Library the first time? In earlier versions this process could be really speeded up by deleting the Mac I/O plug-in. Is there anything such thing as this that can be done with Poser 7?
I am sick of Poser not finding textures and geometry for different runtimes even with the correct paths and set to "deep" search. I can find the textures in a few clicks but Poser can't even with the correct path so I really want to bite the bullet and just reconsolodate my runtimes.

I know this is going to sound crazy, but here I go. I have 3 runtimes, which are bare bones. The rest I keep on an external hard drive and only load the items I need before I fire up Poser.

Same here, I load the Runtimes I need when I need them and only open Poser with my P6 and P7 Runtimes in place and as there is very little in those it loads in a flash.
