Subject: Problem with coupon code

I placed an order and put in the coupon code and hit apply. It showed the discount I went through and put in my credit card and then it refused the coupon code and charged me the full price. What can I do to fix this? Order #111340442 Thabk You

Hello, 

I have given you a credit of $15.00 for the coupon, it didn't work because it expired right after you had completed the order.

I am sorry to keep bugging you but was that a credit off the order or is that a credit to the store. If it is a credit to the store it is not showing in my account. Thanks for all your help.

It was most likely a credit back to your credit card especially if you aren't seeing it in your credit account for instore use.

It takes about 2 business days to see it show up on your credit card
