Ok, so you have a new genre...Photo Manipulation!
I am amazed how many  'manipulations'  get posted in the relevent genres and not in that genre when they clearly should be!
Tell you the truth, its beyond me.
Clearly, there should be guidelines on what is a Manip or not!
