This is a Dress For 3DUniverse's Toon Baby available at Daz.
This is a conforming dress

There is a sit pose dial in the hip part of the dress.
There are not a lot of morphs in the dress but hopefully you will get some use out of it.
It isn't perfect, but it works! lol

The textures enclosed are to make the dress look like a winter coat.
Wlll post Dress textures later.

There are mat files for anyone who doesn't use P5, P6, or P7.
Please note that these earlier versions will not be able to make use of the material files, therefore you will not be able to get the fur effect, you will have to do that in postwork.
