Attached Link: DITI #1
Thanks to David for starting off the new year with his Dalek photo in last weeks DITI. I'll stick with the alien theme and post a foto of a guy that likes to hang around in our warehouse area. The first person to post a manipulation or edit of this photo (you can post up to two) starts a new DITI next Monday. I look forward to seeing what you all come up with! :o)Kort Kramer - Kramer Kreations

Great fun! I've no idea how to join in, someone like to explain for a future occasion?
Fred255 posted Thu, 17 January 2008 at 5:00 AM
Very good Tom
To join is simple someone posts the first photo, then who ever edits first does the next week. The photo does not need the be any good. It's just for fun and some practice the rest of us can play with.

but how do you get it off the site and into 'my pictures'? Sorry to be thick, but much of computers is still a mystery to me!
TomDart posted Thu, 17 January 2008 at 7:10 AM
Right click on the image, if a pc. Click "save picture as" and easiest to find if you save it to the desktop, then it shows like "file xoxoxo" as an icon on the screen. Of course, there are numbers instead of xoxo,
durleybeachbum posted Thu, 17 January 2008 at 7:15 AM
Gosh! as simple as that! Thankyou Tom!!!
TwoPynts posted Thu, 17 January 2008 at 7:51 AM
Pretty simple. Even easier with a Mac, just drag and drop it onto your desktop. You can also try to 'improve' the photo through cropping, and other methods in your photo editor. (funny stuff Tom)

LOL, great stuff Lew! The irony is, we just had a bit Health Insurance meeting at work this week. Who knew that the aliens had one going on in the other room...

Yeppie, drag and drop works fine if you can see the desktop. If you cannot, just grab the bar at the very top, click and move the rosity window to the side and drag from there to desktop..this is the quickest way. Easy as pie. To drag and drop, move the rosity window to show the desktop. Left click on image and keep it down while you move the cursor to the desktop image. Then, release mouse and it is there.
Be sure to use the large image found by clicking the one in the forum..more to work with.
Some neat and very fun stuff on this one! Thanks for the thread, Kort.

Years ago my now deceased brother and I were watching a UFO...we were certain they would see us! We ran in the house and hid.
