I have a figure in a skirt that after using the walk designer runs across the scene. The legs poke through in different places on the skirt. This is a P5 skirt on P5 figure.

I know that clothify in the mat room will work on getting the cloth to drape poperly in a final pose but will this process work on a 60 frame animation? What would be the best way to make this work where the dress moves with the butt and legs?
tks

This is where dynamic cloth works best - animations. Use 15-20 frames to "ease it in" from zero pose, zero morphs to your starting pose - probably Judy walking/running. Then let Judy run for as long as she has to. It's probably best to let the cloth drape "off-camera" and let Judy pick up some speed before she appears.

Make sure the cloth simulation lasts more than the default 30 frames, make it as long as your animation.

It's a shame I don't have the render anymore, but I once made a 1200 frame animation of Victoria 3 doing some ballet moves, with dynamic hair and dynamic clothes. Looked pretty convincing, and no pokethru anywhare. A few "oops" moments though - the top had a fairly wide neck - that corrected themselves after a couple of seconds.

The pen is mightier than the sword. But if you literally want to have some impact, use a typewriter

Thanks.  so I should use the whole 60 frames to simulate?  I notice there is a p5morphable skirt for Judy but I cannot make it parent to her......don't know what the deal is but it won't conform or parent to P5 Judy.

Anyway, this skirt is a P4 Dynamice Skirt that has been Wardrobe Wizarded to P5. I looks good in some poses but when you start moving Judy around that is the problem.  So any issue with making it work since I used WW on it?
