Hello
Last night (about 7 or 8 hours ago), I purchased 3 character sets with lights.
These are the renders I was able to get with two of them:

This is more like what I wanted

For this reason I would like to ask for a refund. I am not upset, I am sure there is something wrong on my part - but I bought the products specifically because of the lights included. I hope there is no problem. Thanks.

Hello,
Per our policy you have to contact the vendor to approve a refund. To contact the vendor you can use site mail or the contact link next to the vendor's name on the product page. Please allow the vendor 24-48 hrs to get back with you, if they do not get back with you within that time frame please contact store@renderosity.com and let us know so we can contact them on your behalf.

Ok, I have contacted the vendors on your behalf and if I don't hear from them within the 24-48hrs time frame I will go ahead with the refund.

O.k. I am just now reading this message.
I sent you a very nasty PM response -but it appears to have been a misunderstanding.
Zeb is not Morris' product, Zeb is quim's product.
Message edited to take out a private sitemail as it is against the TOS to post private communications in the public without consent of both parties.
