Maybe you need to stand on a box?Seriously a quick google tells me that you need elevated priviledges. I presume that means you need to log on with administrator priviledges to install.

You could also browse the CD, right-click Setup.exe in the root folder of the CD and choose "Run as administrator" (or whatever it may be called in Vista. I don't run Vista).

Running as admin should fix that because Vista is telling you you don't have sufficient privileges to do what you're trying to do!
There are ways of switching off the UAC depending on what version of Vista you're running, which is it??

I'm running Vista Ultimate. I already figured out svdl's method accidentally and its all installed okay.
