As I remember, it was a freebie in the past. But I can't find it anymore. Can someone point me to the right direction?

I've found the original model creator, Stefan Morrell. This is his freebie couple years ago. But he said, "unfortunately it's been retired & I have no immediate plans to re-release it". Therefore, I think I lost this nice model at least for now.
