Hi! I'm looking for a specific kind of dress for v3. I"m doing sorta retro-30s/40/50 type of render and I'd like to have a sexy dress for v3. Either a strapless Jessica Rabbit type dress (I've already tried those conforming dresses that were jessica rabbit style) or one with straps but the key-feature I see missing in almost all the dresses that I REALLY want is a side-slit on the dress. Does anyone know where I can find a type of dress? Or even can make? Help is much appreciated. Thanks

PhilC has a Jessica Rabbit dress for V3 at his site in the free archives.

Thanks for such a quick response. I've already tried the PhilC dress and I wasn't impressed. So, I might just give in and use V4 instead. I saw a few dresses that were what i was looking for. though the yellow dress at that site is close I may mess with it later! Thank you

sure! I'll check. It doesn't need to be a jessica rabbit type dress specifically, just a slinky starlet type of dress with a slit. that's all I want. I was astonished by the amount of glamourous evening gowns for v4. it's not fair! lol

If you're not afraid of the cloth room, you can try my free V3 evening dresses.

That dress looks very much like it's painted.

Hmmm. I didn't see anything wrong with it. I used it in this image. Click for a larger view.

The dress is Dynamic and needs to be run through the cloth room.
Here are some tutorials on how to use dynamic clothing in the cloth room:

It's also possible to make conforming clothing into dynamic clothing:

And it's possible to take a conforming outfit and work with it in the cloth room so that parts of it act dynamic.
