Hello, I placed an order (111346725) and paid through PayPal. I'm usually able to download my purchases right away but this time it says pendimg. The PayPal ID is # 60X59513VF9152109.

If this is your first time purchase with us as per our policy it can take up to 24 hours for verification on first time buyers before downloads are activated. This is for your (the account holder) protection as well as our own.
