Subject: Face Room help

I was working in the face room and completed the morph, I exit poser while i find another subject to test, while i decided to use Apollo this time, i loaded the Apollo faceroom installer and open poser loaded apollo and when i went to the face room i get the message that apollo is not a recognized face room character. after trying a couple of things with no avail i try to load another character and try the face room but get the same message. now i get that message with any character. Has this happen to anyone else.. here is the morph i just completed.

Face room is limited to 
Judy, Don, Penny, Will, James, Jessi, Apollo, G2 Figures, Miki (both1 &2)

I don't use Apollo very much and have never tried to use the figure in the face room. So unfortunately I don't know the answer to your Apollo mystery :(

unfortunatly it's not just Apollo, it happens with any character even the standard P5. P6 or P7 characters...

Do you have the SR  patch updates for Poser?

Poser 6 has up to SR3. Poser 7 is up to SR2.

Poser 7 Mac and PC can use Apollo. The only other version that use Apollo is Poser 6 PC. bB

in case something like this happen to someone else. I wrote Tech Svc and they told me to re-run SR2 because the face file from apollo had a corrupt "knownfaceroom" file after running SR2 it fix the problem now i can use all Poser figures and APollo
