Subject: how do I make a decal type masked image in Bryce?

I work in Bryce 6 on a Mac Pro. I know how to make outlined images, (think a label on a wine bottle), in Carrara. And I think I remember that it can be done in Bryce, but I'm drawing a blank.  Something to do with the materials editor I bet.

Thanks for all the past help!

Wow, I can't believe no one has answered this yet. I don't know how to do this but I did a search and maybe this link can help? Not even sure that this is what you're looking for.

Hi!,this tut uses the same method you need.A whole building facade or a simple square, the principle is the same!.The second image in the picture editor acts as a mask...good luck!

Here is an old post that sort of explains how to blend two DTE or two image textures using the C channel as a mask.
