For some strange reason I can't upload files from my PC. I can't upload files to my ftp nor can I send emails. I can send emails from my web mail but I can't put in an attachment except for text files. When I try to upload something it just sits there until it times out. I can download files and receive emails just fine. I thought it might have something to do with my internet connection but I can't upload on my high speed or on dial up so I know it's not that. I installed a new hard drive a while back but everything is set up the same as before.

I've scanned for adware, checked for viruses, defragged, cleaned the registry etc. I've tried turning off my firewall and antivirus , re-installing Windows XP and everything else I could think of, but nothing works.

I assume it has to be something with my computer, but I'm completely stumped.

Anyone have any ideas?
