Got fed a bit up with studying tonight, thought I'd have a tinker with a new set - Block Wars (really busted up city blocks).

Got to wondering how do you get inspired - do you start with a very rough sketch and build it up as you go along or have it all planned out, untl you reach something you like ? Like in the piccy.

Pinky - you left the lens cap of your mind on again.

I tend to just start with a primitive. I then wind up doing a sort of 'origami' technique, extruding and extending walls, roofs, floors, etc. It can get out of hand (worse obsession was a physical model of Zork 1...;)
