Does anyone recall or know where to find the Classic Bob for V4?   This cool hair was released on Rendo within the last couple of months (I think?!).  I still see some textures for it but i can't find the model.  Anyone know what happened?

You might try Kozaburo's site.  There is a short bob for V3 and others and I  know that there are fits for V4...probably in the freestuff here.  Kozaburo has lots of excellent free hair.

Here is a link to a hair by Swam and Bobbie 25...that looks like it but isn't exactly the same..It's called Anime hair....however there is a contact there for Bobbie 25 so you can at  least ask about the classic bob.
