hi everyone,
i would like to know the best setting you can do with daz for the render.. i am struggling a lot to get marvelous render and it s still like fade with lack of details such as skin texture.
i used light preset with shadow, bump maps are correctly configured to my mind.... just want to know best setting or if you have better idea to render... ( i tried poseray but it makes my computer bugging)
all propositions are welcome!!

It helps to optimize your skin settings.
my basic DS mat settings:
Diffuse
Color: 255 255 255
Strength: 100%
**Specular
**Glossiness: 70%
Color: 92 112 173
Strength: 20%
**Ambient
**Color: 94 57 39
Strength: 55%
Lighting Model: Plastic

So far I've been using a free shader that I found for skin, but I really need to learn more about putting things together for myself. I'm very interested to know why you use the plastic lighting model rather than skin. I just assumed that was what it was there for. :-)
