Just a thought, but if you don't have a scene ready made by someone else - how do you get a land surface into DAZ?

You could in theory take a plane with enough devisions and morph it With the d-former. You won't get sharp edges though. Just rolling hills.

Well, there's the environment that comes in the start-up content, for one.
You could always make a "plane" primitive, lay it on it's side, and move it to the ground. (even hit it with deformers if you want to get adventurous).
There's always the background image option.
Barring that, peruse freebies until you find something that suits your needs. :)

If you look in the free stuff there are terrains, etc. you can use in DS.. You can start by looking at BrainStew's stuff...that's where I found the most realistic grass, etc. Don't forget if you have something for poser it works in daz too.

You can export Bryce terrains
If they do, would you have to put a new material on them though?
Are there any DAZ ground/terrain materials?
I could MAKE a terrain in Wings - but I'd still need materials for it.

I wish I had that much money to spend.

Infinity Cove 3 is excellent too..its at RDNA. It does cost a little but less than $10. It has morphing terrain that you can use seperately and either use ground or water.
Use the search to find all of the Infinity Cove stuff
