Is the new V4.2 sick that she needs to be injected? (Joking)

I have been using mostly V4.1 and A3 as a new user of P7 (Entry level). I only know about morphs that can be loaded via the file librarie or manually.

Now with V4.2 you have to inject a morph, as well as for V3. How do you do that?
