Is there an easy(ish) way of consolidating all V4s UV maps into one so that you can bring her into ZBrush complete ? I have a horrible feeling the answer is going to be no but you never know unless you ask :)

Thanks - that only works for V4.1 4.2 though - I only use 4.0 so I'll have to keep looking I guess

There's no difference in the mesh or the mapping, it will work exactly the same with 4.0 as 4.1 or 4.2

I get an error when I apply the UVS to V4 but not when I apply it to V4.2 so maybe there is a difference. I'll have to investigate further I think

I think it's the eyebrow map that's causing the problem. V4 doesn't have a separate map like 4.1 and 4.2
