I am miffed at Apple for doing this! My wife was using my system as I was fixing her laptop and she saw an update and went and installed it. I fixed her laptop and went to open a link for an email and Safari opened. WTF - I never installed it before why is it on my system and as default browser?
It took me close to 45 minutes to get it uninstalled with help of an apple tech, boy did she get an earful of words I rarely use with my son sitting 5 feet away watching Dora. It would not have been so bad if the uninstaller worked properly. The issue I had was when I clicked on link it would look for Safari and not FireFox, while FireFox was set as default browser.
