I just purchased the Billy T V4 Cut-off Jeans, for use on a Macintosh, along with other products, including Billy-T products.
I downloaded all the product zip files. Unzipped them all.
They all worked fine, except the Cut-Off Jeans Zip.

It unzips fine. I see the hiearchy  of the files
License.txt
readme.txt
Runtime

When I click on the Runtime folder to show the contents, it shows as 0K in the folder, and nothing inside it. When I double click to try and open it in a seperate window, it says I do not have permission for this.

So I bring up the folder properties, and it shows as NO ACCESS for ownership/Permissions.
I switch it to full Read and Write access. Now I can see INSIDE the folder, but it still contains no data inside, no files or anything.

I checked the zip file, permissions are fine on that one.

Whatever was done, Billy T screwed up on the making of this ZIP file for macintosh users.

I would like to receive a new one immediately, or have the full price refunded immediately.

Thank you.

Hi aremis2000, I just downloaded the file and installed it on my Mac and everything works fine.

Can you email me at DebbieM@renderosity.com with the details of exactly how you installed the product, etc... and I'll see if I can figure out why you're having problems.  Also, if you could let me know what OS and version of Poser you're using, that would be great.

Thanks!
